Course Description and Purpose:
The purpose of this course is to equip physicians with the information and tools they need to support their patients in making lifestyle choices that will impact their health in a positive way.
$15 for members and $50 for non-members

After completing this activity, learners will be able to:
- Describe the potential problems associated with a sedentary lifestyle.
- Discuss simple ways to increase movement and make exercise a medicine.
- Compare and contrast the impact of hormones on weight, stress and sleep
- Follow the current standards for maintaining weight, reducing stress and increasing sleep in your daily life.
- Recognize the benefits of eating healthier.
